Aaron's rounding up the best smartphones as voted on by YOU!  For week 46, the Samsung Galaxy Note II dominated both the People's Choice and Expert's Choice charts with 268 votes.  The Nokia Lumia 920 held onto second place, while the Samsung Galaxy S III took the third place spot.  In fourth place, the Google (LG) Nexus 4 showed up, and rounding out the People's Choice chart was the HTC DROID DNA with 63 votes.  Apple's iPhone 5 continues to rank on the Expert's Choice chart, picking up a second place finish.
